These fine examples of Traditional Thatched Norfolk Barns are situated Just outside the village of Moulton St Mary on the Reedham Road close to Freethorpe

January 2009. Manor Farm Barn East is now complete (the first one to be converted) This Barn has spectacular views across fields where, on a clear day, you can see the Wind Farm at Winterton, some miles away. The old thatch has been removed and has been completely re-thatched using local sourced Norfolk Reed and craftsmen.  This Barn is finished to a very high standard, with hand crafted windows made locally and solid oak doors constructed on site by our own craftsmen. Heating is under floor and fuelled via A Geo-thermal heating system incorporating a state of the art Heat Pump.

 

The barn is now on the market with  a guide price of £775,000 However it is let until May 2010
