The Dairy

Now fully completed and occupied, this quaint ex Dairy is on the edge of a beautiful wildlife pond and was once part of Gables Farm. Benefiting from sympathetic restoration and incorporating state of the art under-floor heating, and retaining the wooden winding staircase to reach the third floor with its wealth of arched wood beams, Velux roof windows and gable end windows with superb views over unspoilt countryside in Broadland. Subsequently it has received an award of excellence by Broadland District Council.

Dairy at it's worst

This shows the Dairy probably at its worst, the original lean to sheds have been removed and repairs made to the internal walls prior to the rebuilding of the lean to which becomes the entrance hall, study/dining room and utility.
